This comes after a similar fire outbreak in March 2024 at the residence of a Federal High Court judge.
Yet again, another fire outbreak has rocked an estate in Abuja.
Although the cause of the fire is still unknown, one casualty has been recorded, with properties worth millions destroyed.
Reports from Premium Times showed that a young girl of five years old was reported to have died as the fire engulf several rooms in the first floor of the building around 10:30 p.m on Thursday.

The building is located at 16 Ottawa Street, Efab Metropolis Estate, Karsana, close to Gwarinpa in the federal capital.
Premium Times added that families and friends could be seen trooping in and out of the building, as they pay condolences visit to the family.
A security personnel in the building who pleaded anonymity said;
“The girl had just completed her homework and gone to bed while her parents were downstairs when the incident happened.
“I’m not sure if it was caused by a glitch in the socket or an extension cord. I watched as her family ran out, but she was still inside, asleep. By the time they went back to rescue her, the fire had already burnt her badly,”
