Afghan Taliban’s Minister for Refugees Killed in Kabul Blast

Khalil Rahman Haqqani, the Afghan Taliban’s acting minister for refugees, was killed in a blast in Kabul on December 11, 2024.

His death was confirmed by his nephew, Anas Haqqani.

According to Jerusalem Post, Khalil Haqqani had been appointed to the Taliban’s interim government after the withdrawal of foreign forces from Afghanistan.
