Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme for Agribusiness Advancement (YESAA) is to hold agri-start-ups, masterclasses and agri-finance conferences, Agristartexpo, a mobilisation of youths and women to agribusiness.
Bisi Oladele, founding member, said the event is to encourage youths and women to agribusiness as Nigeria contends with food insecurity, inflation, unemployment, rural-urban migration, and poverty.
Tony Adeyinka, another founding member, noted that the event will recognise President Bola Tinubu’s vision and actions to attract youths to agribusiness. Chief Bolade Oluwo, the chairman, said there is no limiting the number of initiatives that can partner government on food security.

Appreciation will also be shown to Minister of Agriculture, Abubakar Kyari, who has brought a lease of life to agriculture, and CBN under Dr. Yemi Cardoso, for the commitment to yields via government’s fertiliser donation scheme.
Dr. Tony Bello, food nutritionist, said a boost to food security via this participation will guarantee a healthier nation.
The expo will boost market access, business development and interconnectivity for, as Dr. Akin Adesina, said, ‘‘agriculture is our business”.
