Atiku expressed his concerns via a post on X, attributing the nation’s ongoing economic crisis to the mismanagement of subsidy reforms under the current leadership.

Atiku highlighted the severe economic impact the policies are having on Nigerians, pointing specifically to rising inflation rates.

“As things stand, there will be no let up in the escalating inflation rate, which is drowning the material well-being of Nigerians,” he stated.

The sharp rise in inflation has been a major concern across the country, as the cost of living has increased for millions.

The former vice president also attacked President Tinubu, accusing him of remaining indifferent to the suffering of the citizens.

It is even more worrying that T-pain is undisturbed by the hardship in the country,” Atiku tweeted, using a nickname to refer to Tinubu.

Atiku’s remarks come amid growing public dissatisfaction with the current administration’s economic policies, particularly its management of fuel subsidies, which have sparked inflation and worsened living conditions for many Nigerians.
