• Yet again, a gang of bandits have attacked a community in Katsina state.

• The bandits are reported to have attacked an hospital, killing and abducting.

• The deceased was said to have been the best graduating Medical student at the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria in 2019.

Armed bandits have killed one, while also abducting others during an attack in Katsina state.

Daily Report Nigeria gathers that the armed men invaded Kankara General Hospital in Ƙankara Local Government Area of Katsina State.

According to reports, the bandits invaded the area in the late hours of Tuesday, January 14, where a medical doctor, Murtala Sale Dandashire was killed.

Confirming the incident, Crisis and conflict journalist, Bakatsine emphasized the importance of security operatives in hospitals in the state, while stating that five people were whisked away by the bandits.

“Within the past three months, bandits have reportedly entered three hospitals: Kurfi General Hospital, Mai Tsani hospital in Dutsin-ma LGA and Kankara General Hospital,” he said
