BREAKING: ACCI commends armed forces on creating peaceful environment for businesses

I’m commemoration of the Armed Forces Remembrance Day, the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) has lauded the Nigeria armed forces for providing enabling peaceful environment for businesses activities to strive.

In a statement signed
President of Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Emeka Obegolu on Wednesday stated that the chamber joins Nigerians across the nation in solemn reflection and heartfelt gratitude as we commemorate the sacrifices of our Armed Forces.

“Today, we honour the courage, selfless service, and unwavering dedication of the men and women of our military who, even in the face of great challenges, have stood as guardians of our nation’s sovereignty, security, and democratic values. Their bravery ensures that our institutions, businesses, and communities can thrive in safety and peace.

“We remember with deep respect those who have paid the ultimate price in service to our fatherland and recognize the enduring sacrifices made by their families. These heroes have left an indelible legacy that calls us to not only remember them with ceremonies but also to reflect their values in our actions.

“As a chamber committed to fostering economic growth and development, we are particularly grateful to the Armed Forces for their role in creating a secure environment that allows businesses to operate and flourish. Their efforts enable us to pursue shared prosperity and build a thriving economy.

“The ACCI reaffirms its commitment as an Armed Forces Friendly Institution (AFFI), dedicated to supporting our troops and their families. We call on all Nigerians, businesses, and institutions to join in this effort ensuring that the welfare of our heroes and their loved ones is a collective responsibility.
