BREAKING: ‘Ask Primary School Children Who Wike Is, Before You Finish, They Will Tell You’ -According to Adams Oshiomhole

Adams Oshiomhole, a senator and former governor of Edo State, has commented on the profound effects of Nyesom Wike’s administration as the FCT Minister, comparing his appointment to getting a top athlete. He asserted that in addition to reviving the FCT, Wike’s active leadership has increased public knowledge of its governance.

He stated that unlike in the past when even university students were unaware of the FCT Minister’s identity, today, primary school children can easily name Wike as the Minister. He concluded by emphasizing that the appreciation of Abuja residents for Wike’s efforts speaks volumes about his performance.

He said in a live coverage by Symfoni, “When you are giving out your best player to another club, the kind of money you’ll pay is not small. So, for PDP to give us Wike to administer FCT… because we’ve had people there before that, even if you ask people in the university, ‘Who is the name of the minister?’ they don’t know. Today, if you ask primary school children, before you finish the question, they’ll tell you who the FCT Minister is. So, if the people of Abuja appreciate you, I don’t think you need more than that.”
