BREAKING: Father of ‘Gospel Singer’ Who Dismembered Girlfriend’s Body Pleads for Son’s Release

The father of self-proclaimed gospel singer, Timileyin Ajayi, who was found with the severed head of his alleged girlfriend, has appealed to the government for his son’s release.

Timileyin was apprehended with the head of 24-year-old Corps member, Salome Eleojo Adaidu, on the Sunday before last.

In a viral video posted online, Timileyin’s father, Sunday Ajayi, earnestly requested the government’s assistance in resolving the matter. Speaking in Pidgin English, he implored them to intervene and persuade others to grant his son’s release.

“I want the government to help me settle this matter, please. I need them to appeal to the people to let him go,” he said.

In contrast, Timileyin’s mother, Dorcas Ajayi, took a different view.

She expressed that she wouldn’t know how to cope if something similar happened to one of her own children.

“Had it been it was one of my daughters who faced that, how would I feel? So I don’t know. The government can do whatever they see fit; it’s all in their hands,” she stated.

Sunday Ajayi’s remarks have sparked criticism online, with many suggesting that he too should be investigated.

Others voiced that his perspective was inhumane and unreasonable.
