In a display of distress, 76 #EndBadGovernance protesters were arraigned today at the Federal High Court in Abuja.
Many of the detainees, predominantly minors, appeared visibly malnourished, prompting urgent medical attention for four who collapsed in the courtroom.
The protesters were apprehended during nationwide demonstrations held from August 1 to 10, driven by escalating economic hardships faced by Nigerians.
Witnesses reported that the arrested individuals struggled to remain upright, with some writhing in pain, a stark reminder of their dire conditions.
