Dangote Refinery has announced an increase in its ex-depot price of fuel from ₦899.50 to ₦950 per litre.

According to the refinery’s spokesman, Anthony Chiejina, the price adjustment is directly related to the significant increase in global crude oil prices.

Chiejina stated, “While we have made a 5% adjustment to our ex-depot price… it is important to note that this increase is considerably lower than the 15% rise in global crude oil prices.”
