The Delta State Police Command has announced the arrest of a total of 123 suspected internet fraudsters, popularly known as “Yahoo Boys,” in a training school for fraud.
The police command announced this on its official X handle along with a video of the suspects being interviewed by the Spokesman of the command, SP Bright Edafe.
According to the post, some of the suspects are aged between 17 years.
It added that the suspects who were nabbed in an estate in Warri, Delta, were deceived that they were coming to learn BTC trading and forex.
It further disclosed that they, however, found themselves in HK (hustlers kingdom), a cyber-criminal training network.
