Marc Agnifilo, the attorney representing rapper and music executive Sean Combs, also known as Diddy, has addressed the discovery of 1,000 bottles of baby oil at his Beverly Hills mansion during a March raid by federal officers. Authorities had claimed the baby oil was intended for use in orgies, referred to as “freak offs.”

In a new TMZ Studios documentary titled The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, Agnifilo defended his client by explaining that the large quantity of baby oil was for personal use, emphasizing Diddy’s habit of buying in bulk. “He has a big house, he buys in bulk. I think they have Costcos in every place where he has a home,” Agnifilo explained.

The lawyer also countered the federal authorities’ claims about his “freak offs,” saying that these encounters were typically threesomes involving Diddy, his ex-girlfriend Cassie, and another male, rather than the large-scale orgies suggested by investigators.

He was recently arrested by Homeland Security on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and interstate transportation for prostitution. He has denied all accusations, entering a not-guilty plea on September 17. Despite his denials, his bail requests have been rejected twice, and reports suggest that Diddy has been placed on suicide watch as his trial proceeds.
