FLASH: Truck Crushes 2 Kogi Students To Death

A ghastly road accident has sent shivers down the spine of many following the gruesome demise of two students in Kogi state.

An accident, which occurred in Lokoja, Kogi saw two students lose their lives following the collision of vehicles around 10 am on Friday morning, December 13.

While narrating the incident, an eyewitness said that the accident happened when an heavily loaded vehicle collided with a tricycle along Felele in Lokoja.

The two students reportedly died in the spot, with the passengers in the tricycle sustaining varying degrees of injuries.

The two students have been identified as Covenant Omolola Isaac, a female student of the Department of Geology, Federal University Lokoja, and Abu Taiwo Abimbola, from the Department of Science Laboratory and Technology Student, Kogi State Polytechnic Lokoja.

The dead bodies have been deposited in the Lokoja specialist Hospital, by officers of the Federal FRSC.
