Four officers and other people are killed when bandits attack Katsina Police Base.

Some yet-to-be-identified bandits have reportedly attacked Mobile Police (Mopol) base in Garagi, Yartsamiyar Jino Village in Kankara Local Government Area of Katsina State.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Daily Trust reports that the bandits, during the attacked, killed four officers and two other persons at the location.

Residents who spoke on the incident said one police officer sustained some injuries.

A resident added the bandits carted away some rifles belonging to the officers during the incident.

A source who also spoke on the matter stated that the bandits burnt down classrooms inside t he Tsamiyar Jino primary school.

The school has been in used by security forces and their operatives as a camping arena.
