An appeal court has nullified the inauguration of MC Oluomo as the NURTW president.

This comes after the complaint of Alhaji Tajudeen Ibikunle Baruwa, who was his opponent.
The Court of Appeal in Abuja has nullified Musiliu Akinsanya,aka MC Oluomo as the president of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW).
This was made known during while Alhaji Baruwa spoke to the press on Friday, November 15, where he stated that the inauguration of MC Oluomo was laughable.

He also added that the at violated the March 11 and November 8 judgments of the National Industrial Court and Court of Appeal, which restrained the Yasin-led faction from interfering in the activities of the union and the day to day administration of Baruwa-led National Executives of NURTW.
Baruwa also called on the police force to help ensure that the ruling of the court of appeal is made possible, while still enforcing peace and order.

The appellate court also awarded the sum of N100,000 against the Appellants who are loyalists of MC Oluomo in favour of the Respondents.
