Obotobo I Community Inaugurates Owolo, Others as Executives | Daily Report Nigeria

In a well-attended ceremony held on Thursday at the town hall of Obotobo I Community in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, the newly elected executives of the community were officially inaugurated.

The event marked a significant milestone in local governance as community members gathered to witness the formal induction of their chosen leaders.

The elected executives are as follows:

Ebiware Owolo – Chairman
Ebimaye Esinne – Vice Chairman
Monday Doigha – Secretary
Matthias Opuwei – Assistant Secretary
Ebimaye Maika – Public Relations Officer
Erike T. Emiko – Financial Secretary
Godwin Kuku – Spokesman
Michael Tonpelewei – Treasurer

The inauguration ceremony included speeches from community elders and leaders, who underscored the importance of unity, accountability, and development in Obotobo I Community. They expressed confidence in the new leadership’s potential to foster growth and uphold the values of the community.

In his inaugural address, newly elected Chairman Ebiware Owolo extended his gratitude to the community for their trust and support.

On his part, Chief Julius Takeme, Chairman Burutu Local Government Area, tasked the new executives to be steadfast in maintaining law and order, adding that governance begins with the community.
