Men of the Adamawa police force have arrested three people, for their alleged involvement in drug sale, trafficking.
According to reports, the trio were arrested following credible intelligence about a group of criminal drug traffickers in the area.

Confirming their arrest inna statement released on Friday, December 20, the spokesperson of the command noted that drug substances suspected to be Indian Hemp, and others were recovered from them at their hideout in Malabu, in the Fufore Local Government Area of the state following credible intelligence.
The statement reads;
The Adamawa State Police Command in its ongoing efforts to combat drug-related crimes. Acted on credible information, on the 18th December, 2024, conducted a raid on a criminal hideout in Malabu, Fufore Local Government Area,”
“During the operation, three suspects were arrested, and substances suspected to be Indian hemp, hard drugs amongst others were recovered from them.
“The suspects are: 1. Shafiu Musa, 2. Idris Mohammed, 3. Bashiru Nasiru.
“All adults and residents of Malabu District, have confessed dealing in the global black market and illegal drug trade trafficking.
“The Adamawa State Police Command remains steadfast in its commitment to ensuring the safety and security of the state.”
