Tinubu visits Kaduna Friday for wedding, courtesy call on Buhari family

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will on Friday (tomorrow), September 19 travel to Kaduna State for a brief official visit.

According to a statement on Thursday by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President will attend the wedding of Nasirudeen Yari and Safiyya Shehu Idris.

Nasirudeen is the son of Senator Abdul’aziz Yari, who represents Zamfara West in the National Assembly.

While in Kaduna, Tinubu will also pay a courtesy visit to Aisha, widow of the late former President Muhammadu Buhari, at the family residence in the state capital.

The President is expected to return to Abuja later the same day after the engagements.
