Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham has responded to allegations made by a fashion designer who accused her, alongside Annie Idibia and Gabriel Anthony, of owing millions for over a year.

The designer, @stitchesbyandra, took to Instagram to claim that the trio had not paid her for services rendered, stating, “My patience is running out. How can you hold onto someone’s millions for 1 year and 2 months?”

In response, Toyin Abraham denied the accusations in an Instagram post on Friday night. She explained that the issue arose during the production of her film, “Malaika,” which involved a runway scene requiring dresses from multiple designers. According to Toyin, one of the dresses was provided by Gabriel, a team member, whose friend contributed the designs.

“I purchased a hairpiece from her, which I paid for in full. The dresses were borrowed for the shoot and were returned to Gabriel afterward. I immediately contacted Gabriel when I saw the allegations, and he confirmed that the dresses had been returned and later borrowed by someone else. This is no longer my responsibility,” she clarified, hoping to clear the confusion surrounding the situation.
