The inauguration ceremony, which includes a formal swearing-in ceremony, musical performances, a celebratory parade, and several formal balls, will take place at noon today.

Trump’s victory in the presidential election has raised concerns over his immigration and border policies, with fears of mass deportations and border closures.

In a phone interview with NBC News, Trump said he planned to sign a record number of executive orders after being sworn in, including those related to immigration and border control.

“We’ll be arresting people across the country, uninhibited by any prior administration guidelines,” said Tom Homan, Trump’s “border czar.”

Trump also stated that the expulsion of undocumented migrants will “begin very, very quickly,” adding that he couldn’t say which cities would be affected because “things are evolving.”

The inauguration ceremony will be attended by former President George Bush and his wife, former President Bill Clinton and his wife, former President Barack Obama, outgoing President Biden and wife, Vice-President-elect JD Vance and his wife, world leaders, and diplomats.
