Women in Rivers state have come out, as they support their suspended Governor, Fubura.

This comes after a political crisis in the state, and the suspension of Simi Fubura.
A group of women have hit the streets with placards and banners, as they protest against the political crisis in Rivers state.
Daily Report Nigeria gathers that the women, who were seen in Red attires were from the Rivers Women Unite Prayer Group.
Hitting the street for the protest, the women were seen with placards with inscription: ‘We have conscience’, Bring Back Governor Fubara’, ‘We are gagged’, ‘Rivers state economy suffers under Ibas’, ‘NBA have conscience’, among others.
This happened on Wednesday, April 16.
The women also kicked against the state of emergency in the state, while also demanding the return of suspended governor, Fubura to office.
