Former presidential aide Reno Omokri has launched a scathing attack on Nasir El-Rufai, the erstwhile governor of Kaduna State, accusing him of orchestrating the killing of residents in the state during his tenure.

Omokri’s allegations came after El-Rufai stated that he no longer recognizes the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), citing the party’s abandonment of its founding principles and poor leadership.

El-Rufai claimed that the party has deviated from its original values and is now fostering poor leadership.

Reacting to El-Rufai’s comments, Omokri took to his official X handle to criticize the former governor. “You are a bloodthirsty tyrant, and because you no longer see blood flowing on the streets of Kaduna, you are unable to recognize Nigeria!” Omokri stated.

Omokri further accused El-Rufai of being responsible for the mass killings of Christians in Southern Kaduna and Shiites in Northern Kaduna during his governorship.
