Nigerian Striker Edna Imade Seals Bayern Move, Heads to Sociedad on Loan

• FC Bayern Women signed Nigerian striker Edna Imade and loaned her to Real Sociedad.

• She scored 16 goals last season and made the Liga F Team of the Season.

FC Bayern Women signed Nigerian forward Edna Imade from Granada on a deal through June 30, 2029, then immediately loaned her to Real Sociedad for the coming season.

Last year in Liga F, Edna Imade struck 16 goals and set up one more in 29 appearances.

She earned Spanish Player of the Month in December and secured a spot in the Team of the Season.

Imade said:

Director Bianca Rech said the loan to Real Sociedad will accelerate her growth and ready her for a starring role at Bayern.
