Manchester United co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe has made it clear that he will not be the one to decide Erik ten Hag’s future at the club, despite mounting pressure on the manager.
Ten Hag is facing intense scrutiny after a run of four consecutive games without a win, with a crucial match against Aston Villa coming up on Sunday.
Jim Ratcliffe, who is expected to attend the game at Villa Park, emphasized that any decisions regarding the manager’s fate will be made by the club’s leadership, not him.

When asked by the BBC if he still has confidence in Ten Hag, Ratcliffe responded, “I don’t want to answer that question. I like Erik. I think he’s a very good coach, but ultimately it’s not my decision. It’s up to the management team running Manchester United to decide how to move forward in various aspects.”
