UPDATE: 9 Rescued In Lagos Building Collapse

Following hours of work and efforts by residents and security operatives, nine people have been rescued from the rubbles of a collapsed building in Lagos state.

Daily Report Nigeria recalls a building under construction which collapsed in the Ojodu-Berger area of Lagos State.

The building, which also contains a popular restaurant was said to have collapsed in the early hours of today, Saturday, April 19.

In an updated news, men of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA have reached nine victims.

The victims have been rushed to the hospital for medical attention.

3 NDLEA Officers Shot During Raid In Abuja

A raid in Abuja has gone sour, after operatives of the NDLEA got attacked.

It was gathered that the officials had gone to raid a building in the state, but were met with gunmen.
